......Sly little snake
.......thought she would
............wriggle through
......the shallow tunnel.
..After all, it did look
manageable.
.She slid right in
......and explored
...........its silent hall.
.......It was not cluttered
.....and no obstacles
.did she find
that hindered
her movements.
She felt comfortable
.....and a bit excited
...........to have found
...............this hideaway.
.............The longer she stayed
...........the more she felt
.........uneasy.
....The tunnel
scratched her skin
and was asking her
.to shed
...before her due time.
.....Was this a bad thing?
...........She asked herself.
..........Then she did the silly thing
.............of pretending that she was
................the newly skinned
.............snake that he was
..........asking her to be.
.....She pranced around
.and let words of
uninhibited desires
escape her
..loose tongue.
......It didn't really seem
.........to matter that she was
...........changing... for the
.........tunnel asked her
......for more than
..her words of lust.
She was sad
to know that she
..needed to leave that
.....tunnel for a better
.........more promising shelter.
............She took her thin
..........skin and mustered
........up the courage to
....not look back.
.Her pride was hurt
but at least she
only had a few
.regrets but
...not too much
.......shame.
............And
................that
....................she
.................can
..............live
........with.
